The following dialog example is approximately one page of application code.  The dialog example on this page relates to booking a flight, another example is for transferring money. Please point your cursor at the for specific dialog information.

user I would like to make a reservation for a flight to Milwaukee on December 15th. note how the user can be spontaeous and say as much as he or she wants
system At what time and from what city do you want to travel?
user In the morning from Phoenix Arizona.
system OK, you could travel at 10 am. on Wednesday December 15th. from Phoenix to Milwaukee.  Do you want to make this reservation.  
user What are my options? interruption of the dialog with any question, even if it is unrelated
system On July 17th. you could travel at 10am., noon and 2pm.   Do you want to make the reservation for the 15th. at 10am.? the system answers the question, resumes the dialog and asks for the missing information
user No, I would like to go on the 5th in the afternoon. user can make corrections on the fly at any point in time
system OK, you could travel at 2pm on Sunday December 5th from Phoenix to Milwaukee.  Do you want to make this reservation?
user Yes, can I make a seat selection?
system Based upon your customer profile we assigned a window seat 9A, would that work for you? now we know the caller wants to travel and will arrange a seat
user What did you say?
system OK, based upon your customer profile we assigned a window seat 9A, would that work for you?
user Yes that would be great.
system Let's confirm your reservation, you are traveling on Sunday December 5th., at 2pm. from Phoenix to Milwaukee and we assigned seat 9A.  Do you want to purchase this ticket and confirm the reservation? the system confirms the transaction
user Yes perfect!
system Reservation confirmed.  How else may I help you?
