| GyrusLogic's
solution is very flexible and has standard interfaces with existing IVR's,
VoiceXML, SALT, ASR's, TTS' and enterprise databases. The GyrusLogic system
can work happily with a skeleton that controls existing basic call flow, performs caller authentication and interacts with
an ASR engine. Existing IVR, ASR or VoiceXML systems are highly augmented with the GyrusLogic Technology, leveraging the power of GyrusLogic declarative interaction paradigm ultimately creating a more natural system at a significant total lower cost of application ownership.
GyrusLogic technology has additional features and will assist you
with automatic static and dynamic speech grammar generation.
VoiceXML
GyrusLogic, in a VoiceXML environment should be seen as a typical
extension to the functionality of a standard VoiceXML browser. The easiest way to
interface with a standard browser is using JSP (Java Server Pages) calls from VoiceXML into the GyrusLogic API.
GyrusLogic provides a standard template for this interface. As far as the VoiceXML developer is concerned, GyrusLogic requires as input
only a set of orthographic transcriptions. In return, GyrusLogic tells VoiceXML what prompts to
play, in text and / or audio. That’s all there is to do.

IVR
GyrusLogic, in a native IVR environment would easily interface on a
standard Java and XML API basis. Standard API templates will be
provide for a quick and clean interaction between the two engines.

Please let us know if you have specific requirements for
an interface or have a unique platform to interface with.
